Returns & Commission Policy

This policy explains how customer returns, cancellations, and chargebacks affect the commission you earn as an Embassdors ambassador. It should be read alongside our Payout Policy and Program Terms.

1. Commission is earned on delivered orders

You earn commission only on orders that are successfully delivered and kept by the customer. An order that is cancelled before shipping, returned, or refunded does not earn commission.

2. Why there is a clearing period

Because customers can return items after delivery, commission stays 'pending' for 30 days after an order is delivered. This clearing period lets the return window close before commission becomes payable, so we only pay on orders that genuinely stuck.

3. Returns and cancellations

If a customer returns or cancels an order while the related commission is still pending, that commission is simply removed from your pending balance. Because it had not yet cleared or been paid, there is nothing to reclaim from you.

4. Chargebacks and fraud

Orders that result in a chargeback, or that are found to be fraudulent, do not earn commission. Where we detect fake or self-placed orders intended to generate commission or bonuses, we may remove the related pending commission and review the account under our Program Terms.

5. No clawbacks after payout

Once commission has cleared and been paid to you, it is yours. We do not claw back commission that has already been paid out, even if a related order is later returned outside the clearing window.

6. Questions or disputes

If you believe an order was wrongly marked as returned or cancelled, contact info@embassdors.com and we'll review it with you.
