Program Terms

Draft for review. This document is a starting template and should be reviewed by a licensed attorney — including the state-specific privacy rights noted below — before the site goes live.

These terms govern your participation in the Embassdors ambassador program. By applying and taking part, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to join the program. Ambassadors participate as independent contractors, not employees, agents, or partners of the company.

We review every application by hand and may approve or decline any application at our discretion. Approval is not guaranteed and does not create an ongoing obligation on either side.

2. Your discount code and tracking link

On approval you receive a personal discount code and tracking link tied to your account. They are for your use only. You may not sell, transfer, or list them on coupon aggregator sites, deal forums, or paid search ads bidding on our brand terms.

Orders are attributed to you when a customer uses your code, or completes a purchase within the cookie window after clicking your link. Where a code and a link conflict, the code takes precedence.

3. Commission

Commission is calculated as a percentage of the net order value — the amount the customer actually pays after your audience's discount is applied, and excluding shipping, taxes, and any additional fees.

Your commission rate is determined by your current tier. Rate changes tied to tier milestones apply to orders placed after the milestone is reached.

4. The signup bonus

Approved ambassadors may receive a one-time signup bonus credited to their account. The exact amount is at our discretion and may vary by platform and audience.

The signup bonus becomes withdrawable alongside your first commission payout, not at the moment of approval. We reserve the right to withhold or reverse the bonus where we detect fraudulent signups, fake engagement, or duplicate accounts.

5. When and how you get paid

Commission on an order is pending until it clears. Commission clears 30 days after the order is delivered, once the return and chargeback window has closed. Commission is only earned on delivered orders that are not returned, cancelled, or charged back.

Cleared balances are paid out every two weeks, subject to a $50 minimum, by PayPal or direct deposit. Once commission has cleared and been paid to you, it is never clawed back.

6. Taxes

As an independent contractor you are responsible for your own taxes. US-based ambassadors must provide a completed Form W-9 before their first payout. We issue Form 1099-NEC to any US ambassador paid $600 or more in a calendar year, as required by law.

7. Your disclosure obligations

US Federal Trade Commission rules require you to clearly disclose your material connection to us on every promotional post. A clear label such as #ad or #sponsored must be visible before any 'more' cut-off and, in video, for long enough to be read.

Failure to disclose is a violation of these terms and of federal law, and may result in removal from the program. You are responsible for following the disclosure guidance we provide during onboarding.

8. Conduct we don't allow

We may withhold unpaid commission connected to any of the above and remove ambassadors who breach these rules.

  • Fake orders, self-referrals, or purchases made only to trigger commission or bonuses.
  • Fake followers, bots, or artificially inflated engagement.
  • Misleading claims about the products, their results, pricing, or availability.
  • Bidding on our brand name in paid search, or posing as the official brand.
  • Any content that is unlawful, hateful, or infringes someone else's rights.

9. Changes and termination

Either side may end this arrangement at any time. If you leave or are removed, you remain entitled to commission that has already cleared, and any pending commission on legitimate orders will clear on the normal schedule.

We may update the program, including rates, tiers, and these terms, on reasonable notice. Continuing in the program after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Contact

These terms are between you and Affiliated Companies, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (Registration No. L16000210316), which operates the Embassdors program.

Questions about these terms can be sent to info@embassdors.com, or by mail to Affiliated Companies, LLC, 613 NW 3rd Ave, Suite 104, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33311, United States.
